Complete the 45 MIN Talk Video

Upon clicking the “Begin the talk” button, you will have 45 minutes to complete the The Talk video. This required video to participate in the process of obtaining your documents can only be watched once per day. Please do not click the “Begin the talk” button until you are ready to watch the video as you will not have another opportunity to watch the video until the next day.

Upon completing the video, a box will appear acknowledging you’ve completed The Talk. You will then be directed to a final confirmation page to certify you video completion.

complete documentation process and receive documents

After submitting your forms, an e-mail will be sent to you from our partner, Faith to Fate. The email will contain a single-use access code and direction to the Faith to Fate website where you will be asked for specific information needed to complete your individual documents. You will need the single-use access code to bypass the payment screen, provide your individual information, and receive direction on when your documents will be available.
